1Use Nuttelex to grease a baking tin approx 30 x 17 cm.
2In a thick bottomed saucepan, melt Nuttelex and condensed milk, stirring constantly. Do not allow to burn.
3Add crushed biscuits, lemon rind and coconut to the Nuttelex and condensed milk mixture. Mix well.
4Press into baking tray. Cover with cling wrap and let sit overnight in the fridge.
5Ice with lemon Icing.
6Place in fridge to set.
7Cut into fingers.
To make the icing
1Put icing sugar, melted Nuttelex, lemon juice, zest and salt in bowl. Stir with a whisk.
2Add teaspoons of just-boiled water until mixture thickens.
3Spoon over the slice and spread out evenly.
4Cover and refrigerate for a few hours until set.
