1. Open to Australian,  NZ and Malaysian residents participating via facebook or instagram. To enter, contestants  must suggest a caption and alternative Halloween recipe for the cooking scene pictured and  must include the hashtags #PlantBasedButters #HalloweenHamper with their entry.  We’d love contestants to also tag a friend(s) who love Halloween too. Contestants may submit multiple entries, as long as  a new recipe/idea and caption is submitted for each entry.

2. Entries close 12.pm October 25th. Winners will be contacted on Friday 25th October via Facebook or instagram messenger. If nominated winners do not respond with their postal details within 12 hours of being nominated the winner, another winner will be drawn. Prize will be sent express post to winners with a tracking number and must be signed for at the winners nominated address. Nuttelex accepts no responsibility for postage delays beyond our control. And, Nuttelex is not responsible or liable for any late, lost or misdirected entries or for any problems or technical malfunction which may result in delay or failure to enter the competition.

3. First Prize : There are 3  HALLOWEEN HAMPER Prizes to be won, one for Australian residents, one for NZ residents and one for Malaysian residents. This Halloween Hamper prize cannot be transferred or exchanged or redeemed for cash. Each hamper is valued at $200 and includes but is not exclusive to the following items:1 x Halloween Cookbook; 1 x rattan pumpkin lamp, 1 x Halloween makeup kit, Halloween paper plates; Halloween Paper Cups, Halloween serviettes; Happy Halloween Banner; garden skeleton, Jack’o lantern  cake pan; Halloween cookie cutters;Halloween paper pop-up chandelier; 3 x Witches hats; 4 x Halloween treat felt bags; 1 x Halloween cake topper kit; 1 x spooky bunting set.

4. By participating in the Nuttelex #HalloweenHamper contest on Nuttelex’s Social Media channels you confirm that you accept and agree to these competition terms

5. The Promoter of the Competition is Nuttelex Foods Pty Ltd. The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook and/or other Social Media channels. You completely release Facebook and/or other Social Media channels from any and all liability associated with this Competition.

6. The winners will be decided by a panel of judges at Nuttelex. Decisions by Nuttelex on all matters relating to this Competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Note: we do not and will not acknowledge entries by persons who  are deemed as prize hunters and their entries will be void.

7. Nuttelex reserves the right to verify the validity of an entry or a winner’s right to redeem the prize in accordance with these terms and conditions.

8. Any personal information collected as part of this competition will be held by Nuttelex in accordance with our privacy policy. You have the right to access, update and correct such information
