Chilli Butter with Coriander, Lime and Garlic (Dairy Free)

Corn with a kick. This Chilli Butter is a cinch to make and delivers just the right balance of heat and citrus without being too spicy. It's especially good on grilled seafood too. Keep a stash in the freezer so you always have some on hand.



1 cup Nuttelex

1/4 cup Finely chopped coriander

1 tbsp Finely chopped, de-seeded red chilli

2 Cloves fresh minced garlic

1 tbsp Grated lime zest

2 tsp Lime juice


1Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk or using a processor blitz until combined. Add a dollop to cooked fish, vege or corn on the cob.
