This home-made take on the traditional Vietnamese baguette is filled to the brim with pickled veg, chilies, cucumber, cabbage, radish, cilantro, spiced mayo and marinated caramelised tofu. For the most authentic sweet and tangy flavour, make the pickles ahead of time ...two hours is great, but two days is utter perfection.

Spooky Witches Fingers Biscuits

Ahhh Witches fingers, a little bit gross, but always a winner at Halloween. If you  want to go extra ghoulish, add a few drops of green, yellow or orange food colouring into your mixture with the baking powder. If you want a nut free version, skip the almonds and paint the nails on with ghastly coloured blue food dye once baked and cooled - but still a little warm. #Vegan #HalloweenBaking

Halloween Mummified Choc Brownies (Dairy Free)

Delicious brownies made with vegan chocolate for a spook-a-licious Halloween treat that those with dairy or egg allergies can also enjoy.  If short on time you could also use Satin Ice White Fondant as the mummy strips.

Pizza Bianca (Vegetarian)

This traditional old skool pizza is a great way to switch-up your homemade pizza repertoire.  SUPER TASTY with an extra delish buttery Nuttelex base this pizza takes a bit of prepping but is well worth the effort.  Make the dough base well ahead of time (allow at least 3 hours for perfect crust).  Plus pre-bake the potatoes and parboil & fry the broccolini ahead of time (up to a day before and store in fridge) so it's just a matter of adding the topping and baking.
