80% fat, our Nuttelex Bakers Cake & Muffin Blend is suitable for recipes that benefit from more moisture.
65% fat, our Nuttelex Bakers Original is an all purpose plant based alternative for all general commercial applications including cakes, muffins and scones.
Nuttelex Bakers Blend with Coconut Oil:
With only 60% fat, this is a more basic application product where moisture is not critical. Ideal for specialty products that are Palm Oil Free.
