BBQ Peaches

A super easy, summery treat you can make on your BBQ or grill in a flash. Note: Slice any left over peaches and add to mixed salad-leaves then top with crumbled feta and a tangy vinaigrette.

Ingredients

110 g plant based Nuttelex

4 peaches (ripe)

1 tsp Dutch cinnamon

2 1/2 tbsp brown sugar

1 pinch salt

1/4 cup mint leaves for garnish

1 tbsp melted plant based Nuttelex (to glaze)

Directions

1Pre heat BBQ or grill to high.

2Cut peaches in half and remove stones.

3In a small bowl, combine till well mixed, the brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and Nuttelex.

4Brush tops of peach halves with melted Nuttelex to glaze peaches and place face down on BBQ till char marks appear - approx. 4 mins.

5Carefully turn peaches over so they are sitting upright on BBQ. Then add a heaped teaspoon to the stone cavity of the Nuttelex sugar/cinnamon mixture. Cook a further 2-3 mins until melted & heated through.

6Add a sprig of fresh mint and serve as is or with a dollop of your fave cream or ice-cream.
