Corn Bread

If you have never tried homemade corn bread with plant based Nuttelex, you need to, it is utterly delicious.
Here's an easy recipe to get you started.

Ingredients

1/3 cup Melted Nuttelex

1 cup Plain Flour

1 cup Polenta (Cornmeal)

2/3 cup Sugar

1 tsp Salt

3 1/2 tsp Baking Soda

1 Egg

1 cup Milk/Almond Milk

9-Inch Round cake pan or cast iron skillet - Make sure which ever one you chooses is greased well with Nuttelex.

Directions

1Preheat over to 200C.

2In a mixing bowl combine the flour, polenta, sugar, salt, and baking powder.

3Make a well in the centre of your dry ingredients and stir in the melted Nuttelex, milk, and egg.

4Stir mixture until relatively smooth - a few lumps is ok, then pour into greased pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and a skewer comes out clean.

5Serve hot with a knob of Nuttelex.
