This #DairyFree version of traditional Caprese Crostini is a super quick snack that is great for entertaining too.
1Preheat oven to 180. Slice the baguette into thin slices, place on lined baking tray, then brush each side with the melted Nuttelex. Bake till golden (approx 5-10 minutes).
2After removing crostini’s from oven, place on desired plate or board.
3Cut thin slices of mozzarella then cut out circles with a small cookie cutter
4Cut tomato into thin circle slices and set aside.
5Grab a few large basil leaves, roll them up & thinly slice so you have fine shredded ribbons.
6To assemble, add a mozzarella slice, then a tomato slice to each crostini, repeat, then top with the basil shredded leaves and finish with a light drizzle of balsamic glaze. Garnish small basil leaves.
